Victor “Marka27” Quinonez is an internationally recognized street artist from Brooklyn. Quinonez his style “Neo Indigenous” – blending elements of street and pop culture with Mexican and indigenous aesthetics. Marka27 has created murals all over the work, including one featured in an episode of Queer Eye. His international flair is fitting for this mural on the back of Harrisburg University’s International House, a residential housing location for students.
