That’s a Wrap! You’re Invited to Celebrate Our 2025 Mural Fest.

The paint is dry, the scaffolding is down, and our 2025 Mural Fest has officially come to a close.

With the help of a team of talented artists, we’ve brought seven more wall murals and our first two ground murals (on a sidewalk and a basketball court!) to Harrisburg’s bustling mural scene.

To give you a little peek behind the scenes: much of our work this year was completed in a heatwave. And many artists in this year’s cohort woke up at dawn to get in a few hours’ work before the sun came up. And when it did, they made good use of shade covers and electrolytes!

Due to rain in June, our completion of the basketball court mural outside of the Boys & Girls Club’s John North Hall Clubhouse was pushed to July.

Our partners who made this plan possible, the Harrisburg Housing Authority (HHA) and the City of Harrisburg, will be hosting a Community Celebration to celebrate the murals next week.

You’re invited to come out and celebrate with us. It’ll be a chance to come out and see the artwork in-person and a fun way to say a huge thank you to everyone who made it happen.

As we wrap up in Hall Manor, we’re also gearing up for a small mural we’ll be doing on the Letort Spring underpass in Carlisle in the fall 2025.
